This work group is driven by county-wide cross-sector collaborations to ensure that children, youth, and families in
Kittitas County are safe, healthy, and thriving, with equitable access to services.
Focus areas include:
Community resilience and working within the social determinants of health for children and their families.

The work group is comprised of service providers and partners in the jail who focus on expanding and improving upon substance use prevention, treatment, and recovery options in the Kittitas County Jail and upon reentry into the community.

Group of data-minded individuals from partner organizations to provide data and performance measure supports to KCHN efforts. This work group is essential in the development of the Community Health Assessment and the Community Health Improvement Plan.
