The work group is driven by
cross-sector collaborations to ensure that children, youth, and families in
Kittitas County are safe, healthy, and thriving, with equitable access to services. Their focus areas are on:
community resilience, adolescent needs, and youth behavioral health.

The work group is comprised of service providers and partners in the jail who focus on expanding and improving upon substance use prevention, treatment, and recovery options in the Kittitas County Jail and upon reentry into the community.

Group of data-minded individuals from partner organizations to provide data and performance measure supports to KCHN efforts. This work group is essential in the development of the Community Health Assessment and the Community Health Improvement Plan.
