Our Community Health Workers/Promatoras de Salud were recognized for their fantastic work with the LatinX community regarding vaccine hesitancy. 

Assistant Director Doug Fulp, Project Specialist Alicia Ogren, Care coordinators Sascha Burckhardt and Gayle Scott help to move food boxes to storage.

A very kind person donated all these awesome toiletries that we are able to distribute to our community members in need.

We received so much holiday cheer that we are able to distribute to those in isolation over the holiday season!

Care Coordination Project Director Sue Logsdon manned our booth at the EDA's 2022 Volunteer Fair.
