About the Position
The Kittitas County Health Network’s Executive Director leads a team of people responsible for driving KCHN’s work forward. This position is primarily responsible for overseeing community health improvement plan implementation; strategic planning; sustainability planning and fundraising; high-level oversight of grants, programs, and services; and organizational development. The Executive Director also oversees human resources and fiscal operations, data and performance measure management, and communications. The Executive Director is a visionary, adaptive leader who can grow and lead a dynamic non-profit organization and oversee the facilitation of collective efforts of different sectors of the community. The position is accountable for nurturing the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization and its work, modeling and fostering a culture that reflects KCHN’s values at all times, and maintaining the organization’s identity as a respected, neutral convener among a broad spectrum of local stakeholders.
Reports To: Project Director
Hours: 40 hours/week, full-time
Wage: $41 - $81 an hour
