
The Kittitas County Health Network is a non-profit with a mission to advocate for whole person health through community collaborations and connections to resources. Our vision is that all people in Kittitas County are supported in achieving health and well-being.

We provide peace, comfort and support to the most vulnerable population in Kittitas County. This includes those suffering from a chronic illness, disability, the frail, elderly, and those with short term medical needs. We provide these services to anyone in Kittitas County, regardless of income,
free of charge.

A Community Based 1-on-1 Evidence Based Program. Youth ages 8-18 are paired with a trusted adult to focus on creating a strong relationship together, engage in safe activities, and both establish and achieve goals for the mentee's future. THRIVE is dedicated to shaping Trusted, Healthy, Resilient, Inspired, Valued, and Empowered youth.
